Holiday Club is an important part of our life at St. Richard’s. It’s a great opportunity to reach out to children and families within the community, and although sometimes a little tiring, is a fun experience.
As always a lot of help will be needed for the week to be successful and if you are in a position to be part of the team please complete and submit the form on the right.
Until I know how many helpers there will be, it is difficult to get on with the planning so please make your commitment now by submitting the form as soon as possible.
If you are unsure of what you want to do, or maybe want to try a different group and you don’t know what is involved please feel free to contact me on 020 8580 0134 or emmahughes@ymail.com.
Manual help will also be needed at various times during the week prior to 26th July, preparing the Quartermasters’ area and putting up and taking down tents either side of the weekend. If you can help with any of this please fill in a form and you will be contacted nearer the time.
The main helpers meeting will be THURSDAY 6TH MAY at 8pm in the Church. Please put the date into your diaries and make every effort to attend. If you cannot be there please let me know.
Please note that you will need to have an up-to-date CRB check with the church to help with holiday club, so you may be asked to fill in the CRB form and bring relevant ID to enable this process.
