Holiday Club
St. Richard's Church has held an annual Holiday Club during the school summer holidays for many years. Every year for one week in late July/early August, a wide range of themed events and activities are put on for children (daytime) and teenagers (evenings). For children, activities include music, art and craft, music, drama, games and quizzes. For teenagers, bowling and swimming trips, 'progressive suppers' and wide games are some of the highly anticipated events.
The theme of the 2009 event was "Showstoppers". Holiday Club in summer 2010 will take place between Monday 26th July to Sunday 1st August. We also hold shorter Holiday Club style events for 4-11's on Good Friday from 9am to noon and on Halloween from 5pm. Further details on these events and any future summer Holiday Club events will appear here in due course.
